MUUSDT current price is 1092.78, with 142,000 contracts held. Winners’ average cost is 977, with an unrealized profit of $8 million—ready to dump at any time. Two big whales opened 8.3 million short positions last night, at an average price of 1071. A hard confirmation: well-known trader CBB— the main force is betting on a bloodbath after the earnings report.

Good news is too much—so it’s the biggest downside

Q3 expected revenue is 35.3 billion, EPS is over 20, up nearly 1000% year over year. Deutsche Bank calls for 1500. But Micron has fallen in 6 out of its last 8 earnings reports, with an average drop of 6.5%. What you need is a crushing move, not just a “meet expectations.” If it’s only pass-level, the profit-taking will avalanche.

How will the play unfold

MA25 (1095) and MA99 (1142) both cap the price from above, with sell orders piling up at 1100. Wait for 1020-1050 to buy long, aiming at 1100-1150.

Never chase above 1100 on a gap-up. Aggressive traders can try a short at 1075-1080.
