Hut 8 agreed to a $2.35 million settlement in a class-action lawsuit over its 2023 merger with U.S. Bitcoin Corp. Investors claimed Hut 8 overstated the merger benefits and failed to disclose problems at the King Mountain mining facility. Hut 8 did not admit wrongdoing or liability.
