YZi Labs Ends Proxy War With BNB Treasury Company CEA Industries

YZi Labs entered a cooperation agreement with BNB treasury company CEA Industries after a campaign over leadership and governance. Alex Odagiu will serve as interim president while CEA searches for a new chief executive. BNC closed 8.35% higher at $2.27 on Tuesday and rose nearly 20% more in pre-market trading on Wednesday, as of writing.
