SK Hynix IPO underwriters announced, including Bank of America, Citigroup, Goldman Sachs, and JPMorgan Chase

BlockBeats news: On June 24, according to documents submitted by SK Hynix to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Bank of America, Citigroup, Goldman Sachs, and JPMorgan will serve as underwriters for its IPO.

BlockBeats reported today that South Korea’s storage chip giant SK Hynix plans to raise up to 45 trillion Korean won (about $29 billion) by issuing American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) in New York, and the related transaction will be launched in July. If completed successfully, the scale of this financing will exceed Alibaba’s 2014 IPO of $29 billion, becoming one of the largest overseas equity financing projects in Korean corporate history, and coming close to the historical record of the global capital markets.
