Some foreign Codex users have reported this bug.

Actually, I’ve encountered it too.
My C drive often gets filled up.
This bug doesn’t throw an error,
it gradually consumes your disk write space, storage, and stability in the background.
Recently, the logging issue with Codex is a typical example.
It continuously writes to local SQLite logs:
~/.codex/logs_2.sqlite
~/.codex/logs_2.sqlite-wal
~/.codex/logs_2.sqlite-shm
For those still using Codex,
first check these 3 files:
~/.codex/logs_2.sqlite
~/.codex/logs_2.sqlite-wal
~/.codex/logs_2.sqlite-shm
1. Check if these 3 log files still exist.
2. Update your Codex CLI / app to the latest version.
3. Delete old logs and observe disk write activity and space usage.
