The General Offices of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the General Offices of the Ministry of Finance, and the General Office of the National Financial Regulatory Administration issued a notice on organizing and implementing the 2026 insurance compensation policy for the first set (batch) of major technical equipment. The notice states that complete (whole) equipment shall generally be supported based on the number of units (sets); core systems, key components, key supporting components and basic parts for major technical equipment shall generally be supported based on the number of batches. Among them, complete (whole) equipment such as high-end industrial mother machines, electronic specialized equipment, new agricultural machinery equipment, precision instruments and meters, and other single-unit (set) equipment with relatively low value may be supported based on the number of batches; individual items with relatively high value such as aircraft engines and ship engines, including their core systems and key components, may be supported based on the number of units (sets).
