Securitize Sues tZERO Over Tokenization Patent Claims

Securitize sued tZERO in Delaware federal court after tZERO alleged that two Securitize products infringed two patents. tZERO demanded that Securitize stop commercializing the products and respond by June 18. Securitize seeks a non-infringement judgment and an injunction barring tZERO from using the patents against Securitize.
