Cryptocurrency critic Nouriel Roubini has co-signed the U.S. version of the white paper with USAFi. The plan is to launch Nouriel Roubini in Q3 2026; Roubini, the economist best known for predicting the 2008 financial crisis, has co-authored a USAFi white paper with others. USAFi is a new ERC-20 digital security supported by Atlas America Fund. The fund is listed on Nasdaq under the ticker symbol USAF and has been registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Its investment scope covers U.S. Treasury bonds, gold, real estate, commodities, defense, cybersecurity, and the artificial intelligence industry. This permissionless token is scheduled to go live in Q3 2026 under Dubai’s Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA) framework.
