Abstract generation in progress
Morgan Asset Management China Fund Manager Ye Min said at the Morgan Asset Management Pioneer Institutional Strategy Conference that market differentiation has been clear this year: technology companies represented by AI have absorbed a large amount of liquidity, while some pharmaceutical companies with solid fundamentals and promising growth prospects have seen their stock prices remain under pressure, with a divergence between stock prices and fundamentals. She believes that the global competitiveness of China’s pharmaceutical industry continues to improve, and the trend of overseas advanced biopharmaceuticals shifting their industrial chain to China is irreversible. Extreme differentiation, however, creates better opportunities for investing in high-quality pharmaceutical companies. She also noted that investments in innovative drugs can be highly volatile and require dynamic management based on clinical data, overseas authorization, commercialization progress, and changes in valuation.
