Wu Shuo learned that the Ethereum Foundation (EF) announced a new organizational structure, stating that the ongoing restructuring process has been completed after several months. EF said that after the restructuring, five main work clusters will be established: protocol layer, access layer, user layer, community layer, and institutional layer, along with an operations cluster and management and support teams. This adjustment will result in 54 colleagues leaving, accounting for approximately 20% of EF's staff, and those affected will receive severance pay and transition support. EF stated that the reorganized organization will be more streamlined and focused on core tasks.
