At the same time, she will also serve as the proposed Chief Operating Officer of Agora's planned National Trust Bank, a position that will officially take effect after approval of the company's national trust charter application by the U.S. Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC).
Denisova served at Robinhood Crypto for six years, leading the department's expansion from a team of 3 people to a multi-billion dollar business covering regulated entities in the U.S. and the EU, with core areas including settlement, liquidity, trading, execution quality, and custody.
