Wu learned that Bitcoin Suisse's European entity Bitcoin Suisse (Europe) AG has obtained a license as a crypto asset service provider (CASP) under MiCAR granted by the Liechtenstein Financial Market Authority (FMA). According to information on the FMA official website, the company is authorized to operate as a CASP starting from June 22, 2026. Bitcoin Suisse stated that this license will enable it to serve clients in certain European Economic Area (EEA) markets, and appointed Roman Przibylla as CEO responsible for European expansion.
