Golden Finance reports that on June 23, according to CCTV, Russian Foreign Minister Lavrov stated on the 23rd local time that Russia is ready at any time to resume negotiations with Ukraine from where they left off, and pointed out that the terms for resolving the conflict had been discussed and agreed upon in Anchorage nearly a year ago. But he believes that this consensus has been shelved to buy time for Ukraine to rearm. Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Ryabkov also stated on the same day that recent Washington's stance has shown signs of deviating from the Anchorage consensus, but Russia's position has not changed, and the dialogue between Russia and the U.S. on Ukraine has not been interrupted and will continue.
