ByteDance's new generation Doubao phone supply chain information leaked; release date may be delayed

Golden Finance reports that on June 23, Blue Whale News learned from an informed source that the new generation Doubao AI phone jointly developed by ZTE and ByteDance may be delayed compared to the originally scheduled release date. The reason is related to the filing and certification process. It is understood that, unlike regular phones, this product needs to pass two hurdles simultaneously: first, the large model filing handled by the Cyberspace Administration; second, the mobile terminal network access certification overseen by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
