🧠 Eth labs Launches to Accelerate Institutional Adoption of Ethereum On June 22, 2026, Eth labs officially launched as a new independent non-profit research organization founded by five former senior researchers from the Ethereum Foundation.
The initiative is backed by Bitmine, Sharplink, and Ethereum co-founder Joe Lubin, with the goal of preparing Ethereum for the next wave of institutional adoption — including tokenized real-world assets (RWAs), financial infrastructure, and AI-driven autonomous finance.
🔸 Eth labs will focus its research on:
• Faster settlement speeds
• Cross-chain interoperability
• The monetary properties of ETH
📖 All research findings will be published publicly, while the organization says technical direction and governance will remain fully independent from its financial backers.
⚡ The launch comes amid growing institutional interest in Ethereum as Wall Street, stable coin issuers, and tokenization platforms increasingly build on Ethereum infrastructure.
