According to the official announcement from Gate, as of June 22, 2026, Gate's latest Proof of Reserves (PoR) report shows:
· Overall reserve coverage ratio: 115%
· Covered assets: nearly 500 types of user assets
· Total reserve asset value: approximately $81.8 billion
🔍 Main asset reserve details
· Bitcoin (BTC): 19,054 user assets, 25,292 platform reserves, 32.73% excess reserves
· Ethereum (ETH): 344,935 user assets, 423,960 platform reserves, 22.91% excess reserves
· USDC: 117 million platform reserves, 30.75% excess reserves
· GUSD: 185 million user assets, 319 million platform reserves, 72.81% excess reserves
· GT: reserve ratio 134.18%
· XRP: reserve ratio 116.92%
🛡️ Technical implementation
Gate uses Merkle Trees and zk-SNARK zero-knowledge proof technology. Users can log into their Gate account and independently verify whether their assets are included in the total reserves on the “Proof of Reserves” page.
📈 Historical reserve trends
· August 2025: total reserves approximately $12.02 billion, reserve ratio 123.98%
· October 2025: reserve ratio increased to 124%, covering nearly 500 assets
· March 2026: reserve ratio maintained at 122%, over 51 million users
· May 2026: total reserves exceeded $10.33B, total reserve ratio 128.58%
Overall, Gate's latest reserve coverage ratio reaches 115%, with sufficient excess reserves, and all mainstream assets are well above the industry safety standard of 100%.
