The overall trend is still bearish, at least on the chart there hasn't been a period of accelerated decline yet.
Additionally, news factors such as the US-Iran war are also continuously manipulating the market, and even a slight breeze or disturbance causes it to start falling.

But don't blindly chase short positions either; I personally think there will be another rebound in July, and it's better to short after the rebound.
