Interactive Brokers deeply integrates ChatGPT and Grok: supporting AI-powered trading for options, futures, and more

CoinWorld News: Interactive Brokers (IBKR) announces the official integration of ChatGPT and Grok to expand AI agent trading capabilities. This is another major update following the integration of Anthropic Claude. Existing clients can use this feature at no additional cost. Users can securely link their IBKR accounts with mainstream AI platforms to perform portfolio analysis and generate trading instructions using natural language. This update extends AI command-supported asset classes to include options, futures, and futures options. Interactive features are now available on platforms such as Client Portal, IBKR Desktop, IBKR Mobile, and Trader Workstation (TWS). IBKR adopts a "human-machine collaboration" architecture, where AI-generated trading instructions are non-binding drafts that require user manual review and confirmation before order placement, and the authentication connectors are managed by IBKR officials, not sharing account passwords or API keys with AI providers.
