$SPCX The first technical adjustment, decisively add to the position!
Why am I still firmly bullish on $SPCX ?
Actually, SPCX's three main business lines form a flywheel effect.
SpaceX's business is not just a single rocket company, but three interconnected segments:
1. Launch services: 165 orbital launches to be completed by 2025, with 500 milestones for Falcon 9. The cost per launch has dropped from the industry standard of $400 million to $62 million. Falcon 9 boosters have been reused 29 times, with a success rate over 99%.
2. Starlink satellite internet: Low latency (25-60 milliseconds), high speed (up to 215 Mbps), far surpassing traditional geostationary satellites' about 20 Mbps. Laser links form a mesh network, with each satellite capable of serving 4,000 users. Terminal costs have decreased from $3,000 at launch to $600.
3. Next-generation Starship rocket: FAA has authorized increasing Starbase launch frequency from 5 times per year to 25 times. If Starship achieves scaled commercial operation, launch costs will decrease by another order of magnitude, unlocking orbital cargo, space tourism, and deep space missions.
These three segments form a self-reinforcing flywheel: launch revenue funds R&D, cheaper rockets deploy more satellites, more satellites bring more Starlink users and revenue, and more revenue reinvests into next-generation technology.
In the short term, passive buying from index inclusion and underwriter research reports may drive the stock price higher. In the medium term, September earnings reports and Cursor integration progress are key validation points. In the long term, if Starship commercialization, AI satellite constellations, or Terafab chip factories succeed, the current valuation will be redefined.
In the short term, expect $220-250 (catalyzed by index inclusion and research reports), in the medium term $300-350 (driven by AI business volume and profit turning point), and in the long term over $500 (aligned with platformization vision realization).
