GT really has no perspective. I participated in the 22nd session of the live broadcast carnival. Clearly, at the end, I saw I was in the top ten and could receive a peripheral airdrop reward.


Then, after more than ten days without any update, I contacted customer service. The customer service first told me to check the mall to see if it was there. I checked the mall and took a screenshot for customer service.
They told me to feedback to other customer service, and they would inform me once there was a result. Later, they said they had already sent me a peripheral key, saying I didn't claim it in time, which caused it to expire.
I asked the customer service how long the validity was, took a screenshot showing how long until it expired, and it hadn't expired yet.
Then they started saying they would feedback for me. Later, they said I needed to provide a screenshot of the activity ranking, explaining that after the activity ended, I should go to the activity page, which only shows "Activity Ended," and nothing else.
But they insisted on needing a screenshot. I searched for my photos many times and finally found a screenshot taken at the time to send to them.
Then they said they would feedback. The result was that they said my screenshot was not taken after the activity ended.
I really think this is ridiculous. After the activity ends, it only shows "Activity Ended." What more screenshot do they want?
I spent half a month on this activity, wasting time and effort, and I didn't get anything. #我的Gate交易时刻
