GT really has no perspective. I participated in the 22nd session of the live broadcast carnival. Clearly, at the end, I saw I was in the top ten and could receive a peripheral giveaway reward.


Then, after more than ten days without any update, I contacted customer service. The customer service first told me to check the mall first, so I went to the mall and took a screenshot for the customer service.
Then they told me to feedback to other customer service, and they would inform me if there was any result. Later, they said they had already sent me a peripheral key, saying I didn't claim it in time, which caused it to expire.
I told the customer service how long the validity was and took a screenshot to show them how long until it expired, which was not yet expired.
Then they started saying they would feedback for me. Later, the feedback came back saying they needed a screenshot of the activity ranking, explaining that after the activity ended, I should go to the activity page, which only shows "Activity Ended," and nothing else…
Then they insisted on needing a screenshot. I searched for my photos many times and finally found a screenshot taken at that time to send to them.
Then they said they would feedback again. The result was that they said my screenshot was not taken after the activity ended.
I think this is ridiculous. After the activity ends, it only shows "Activity Ended." What more screenshot do they want?
I spent half a month on this activity, wasting time and effort, and I didn't get anything. #我的Gate交易时刻
