Golden Finance reports that on June 23, KALIBAF, head of Iran’s negotiating delegation and Speaker of Iran’s parliament, said that the management of the Strait of Hormuz will never return to pre-war conditions. Subject to compliance with international law, the Strait of Hormuz will be managed by Iran according to a mechanism set by Iran. Kalibaf said that some problems may arise in the Strait of Hormuz, so Iran and the United States agreed to establish a coordination center and open a hotline to resolve any problems more quickly within the 30-day deadline. Kalibaf said that this call hotline is not used to approve passage permits; the relevant permits still follow their established procedures. This hotline is only used to handle issues or emergencies involving ships.
