Samsung Electronics' HBM4 chips surpass $1 billion in sales four months after launch

According to industry insiders on Tuesday, Samsung Electronics' sixth-generation high-bandwidth memory chip HBM4 has surpassed $1 billion in sales. Just four months ago, this South Korean tech giant became the world's first company to begin mass production and shipment of HBM4 chips in February of this year.
