China decides to list 10 U.S. companies on the export control management list



The Ministry of Commerce of China announced on Monday that it has decided to include AVX Corporation, Red Cat Holdings, Teal Drones, U.S. IMSAR, Jay Robotics, Ball Aerospace Technology, Oshkosh Defense, L3 Harris Maritime Services, Mountain Pass Materials, and U.S. Rare Earths as entities subject to export control management, and take the following measures:
1. Prohibit export operators from exporting dual-use items to the above 10 entities, and prohibit organizations and individuals from any country or region from transferring or providing Chinese-origin dual-use items to the above entities; ongoing related export activities should be immediately halted.
2. In special cases where export is truly necessary, export operators should apply to the Ministry of Commerce.
This announcement shall take effect from the date of publication.
