Golden Finance reports that on the 22nd local time, Iranian Finance Minister Madani Zadeh stated that the Central Bank of Iran has begun taking necessary measures to unfreeze Iran's frozen assets, but "the specific details and amounts are not clear." The Governor of the Central Bank of Iran, Abdolnaser Hemmati, said on the same day that the Swiss talks this round were "tight and difficult," but the final outcome was "basically progressing according to the goals set by the Iranian delegation." Hemmati said he was pleased to see significant progress in the issue of Iran's frozen assets.
