U.S. officials say the U.S. has established a "monitoring mechanism" for the Lebanon situation

Golden Finance News reported that on June 23, a U.S. official said that, given Israel and Hezbollah repeatedly violating the ceasefire agreement and threatening the progress of U.S.-Iran negotiations, the United States has set up a “monitoring mechanism” for the situation in Lebanon. The official said that on the 19th, U.S. Secretary of State Rubio spoke by phone separately with Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu and Lebanese President Aoun to discuss “consolidating the ceasefire and future negotiations.” After those calls, the U.S. launched the monitoring mechanism through the Central Command so that decision-makers could get real-time, accurate information on the fighting inside Lebanon.
