Is MORPHO worth entering the observation pool? Let me first point out a major flaw.
First, the conclusion:
MORPHO is worth adding to the key observation pool, but not something to blindly hold in large amounts.
Many people look at MORPHO only through TVL, lending scale, and institutional background, then immediately say it’s undervalued.
I think this judgment is only half correct.
MORPHO is indeed not an air project; it has real capital deposits and genuine lending demand, fundamentally belonging to the new generation of on-chain lending infrastructure.
But what truly determines whether the token can be revalued long-term is not just whether the project has business, but whether the business value can return to the token.
This is the biggest point of disagreement with MORPHO at the moment:
Strong project;
Strong data;
Strong track;
But token capture has not yet fully closed the loop.
Let me give the conclusion upfront:
MORPHO is a project with “strong fundamentals + token capture to be verified.”
It’s not that you can’t touch it, but you shouldn’t chase it with emotion.
When I evaluate a coin, the first step is not asking how much it can rise, but three questions:
1. Does the project have real demand?
2. Are the returns in cash flow or just inflationary subsidies?
3. Can business growth truly return to the token?
The first two questions about MORPHO are somewhat positive; the third still needs further verification.
