➠ ➠ 🤯 The Mythos level model has not been banned…

OpenAI has released GPT-5.5-Cyber – a specialized model for cybersecurity that searches for vulnerabilities in code, helps test bugs, and prepare patches.

This is a response to Mythos from Anthropic – a model that previously made a lot of noise and helped find over 10,000 critical vulnerabilities in essential software. In the U.S., access to Fable 5 and Mythos 5 has already been restricted for foreign citizens due to national security risks, after which Anthropic disabled the models for all clients.

In the CyberGym ➠ benchmark, the new GPT-5.5-Cyber scored 85.6%, compared to 83.8% for Mythos 5 from Anthropic. According to this test, OpenAI’s model has already surpassed one of the most talked-about AI tools for ➠ cybersecurity.

Important detail: GPT-5.5-Cyber is not publicly available. It is provided only to verified cybersecurity teams through Trusted Access – with authorization, logs, restrictions, and monitoring.

But the more powerful these models become, the cheaper and faster the detection of bugs in smart contracts, DeFi protocols, bridges, and crypto infrastructure. Cybersecurity experts close vulnerabilities more quickly, but hackers also gain access to increasingly powerful tools. ➠
