Today’s trade reminded me why patience is one of the most important skills in trading.

I was monitoring BTC throughout the day as the market was moving within a tight range Instead of entering early I waited for confirmation of the breakout. After seeing increased volume and a clear move above resistance I opened a position with a predefined stop-loss and target.

The trade eventually moved in my favor and reached my target While the profit was satisfying the most valuable part was following my trading plan from start to finish In the past I often entered trades too early or let emotions influence my decisions Today was different.

This trade reinforced the importance of discipline risk management and patience I realized that missing a trade is better than entering a bad one By waiting for confirmation and respecting my risk limits I was able to trade with confidence and avoid unnecessary stress.

Every trade offers a lesson and today’s lesson was simple: good opportunities come to those who wait Consistency is built through disciplined decisions not through chasing every market movement.

As I continue my trading journey I aim to focus on process over profit and keep improving one trade at a time.
