The funniest thing about this world Cup is the average American really thinks every sport works the same.

“We will be unstoppable in 4 years if we take football seriously. We got money and the best athletes.”
I'm sorry to disappoint you but football has nothing to do with being 7ft tall and built like LeBron James. And no amount of money is making you better than France, Spain, Argentina, Brazil and the rest in a decade, not even in 2 decades.
Football is culture and talent mostly. Look at the greatest players ever, they were barely 6ft and were obvious talents from childhood. Go and watch clips of Messi at 5 and see what I mean.
And please don’t bring up the women’s team. That is an entirely different sport competitively. Teams dominate U17 and U20 tournaments all the time and never do anything at senior level.
Bragging about women’s football to predict men’s success is like Nigeria bragging about winning the U17 World Cup 5 times.
Cool achievement in age grade and women's team means absolutely nothing for the senior men's team.
The highest level of women’s football is around elite U16 boys level and that's me being generous. So using that as a case study is ridiculous.
