A while ago, three men from Zhejiang targeted over 180 companies preparing to go public, using social media accounts to dig up or even fabricate negative information, then extorting these companies to pay money to delete the posts.


As a result, some companies, knowing the content was false, chose not to report to the police out of fear that their IPO process would be disrupted, and obediently paid the money...
In the past, it was common for major media platforms to charge for deleting posts, and now even social media bloggers can rely on exposing negative information about companies to collect information service fees. 😂
