Waking up too early in the morning, feeling sleepy after lunch, what to do

First, let me clarify that the drowsiness after lunch is almost encoded in human genes as "factory settings" (this is called post-meal sleepiness, and it’s not much related to waking up early in the morning, mainly caused by blood flow to the digestive tract and blood sugar fluctuations after eating)
Here are a few solutions to share with everyone
1. Bite into something sour/cold: like lemon slices, cold vinegar-dressed vegetables, or hold a mint candy. Strong taste stimulation can instantly activate the brainstem reticular formation.
2. Chill your wrist: rinse the inside of your wrist with cold water in the bathroom (where the blood vessels are shallow), or apply an ice towel to the back of your neck. Physical cooling can quickly dispel sleepiness.
3. Stand while working / do 10 squats: don’t sit, stand up to get a glass of water, and do 10 squats in place. Increasing blood circulation boosts oxygen supply to the brain, and the sleepiness is immediately "shaken" away.
4. The ultimate "cheating" method (for moments of extreme need) is to try the "single nostril breathing method": press your right nostril with your finger, breathe deeply through the left nostril 10 times, then switch. This alternating breathing can slightly regulate the sympathetic nervous system, giving you a brief alertness boost.
Finally, everyone must pay attention: do not exceed 30 minutes,
Otherwise,
You might end up happily taking a day off work...
