Bitcoin Short-Term Trading Strategy
1. Market Overview
Currently, Bitcoin's overall trend is weak, with a clear sign of stagnation after a rally. The market is under pressure and pulling back, with short-term bullish momentum exhausted. Selling pressure above continues to be released, and there is no continuation of upward movement. The overall trend this morning is more sideways and declining, suitable for light positions to follow the trend and attempt short positions. Avoid blindly betting on a one-sided rebound, and focus on a pullback from high levels.
2. Short Position Entry Strategy
Entry Range: 64,700~65,000
Logic: During the rally, the price forms a long upper shadow, indicating a clear resistance pattern and signs of stagnation. This suggests strong resistance above and weak bullish momentum, with a high probability of a short-term reversal and decline. This is the core entry zone for short positions in the morning, based on the high point turning point and aligning with the current market rhythm.
Stop Loss: 65,300
Risk Control Logic: 65,300 is a key short-term support/resistance level. If the price breaks through this level with increased volume, it indicates the stagnation pressure has failed, and the bearish dominance is broken. The market is likely to reverse upward sharply. Strict stop-loss is required to avoid losses from a reverse trend.
3. Take Profit Targets
First Target: 64,200~64,000
Operation Advice: This zone corresponds to the upper Bollinger band on the hourly chart, which acts as support. The price falling to this level is likely to see a short-term stabilization or consolidation. When the market reaches this zone, consider reducing more than half of the position to lock in initial profits, while keeping a small position to speculate on deeper pullbacks.
Second Target: 63,500~63,200
Operation Advice: If the market remains weak and the price breaks below 64,000 with increased volume, it indicates sufficient short-term downward momentum. Continue holding the remaining short positions and target the second zone. Once the price reaches this level, close all positions to complete this short-term shorting strategy.
