Good morning! ☀️
Today is the sixth day of my fasting journey. I woke up naturally at 6:30 this morning, then quietly meditated for a while. Recently, as long as I don’t nap during the day, I fall asleep earlier at night, and my sleep is very deep. It feels like even thunder couldn’t wake me up, haha!
Last night, I visited a friend's company for a while. When they heard I was fasting, they curiously asked: Will not eating make you moody or irritable? To be honest, not only has it not, but my mood has actually improved. Even though I haven't eaten anything, I feel happy and grateful every day—grateful for this world, grateful for everything I have, and everything I’ve encountered. 😂
I increasingly feel that learning and growth are truly so important. I’m very grateful that my first job after graduation was in the training industry; those years taught me so much. I also thank the brave me in 2014 who tried fasting for the first time, and in 2015, when I started exploring spiritual growth and first sat down to meditate. Along the way, making a little progress every day is just perfect. ✨
Wishing everyone who reads this article to meet a better version of themselves every day. 🙏 (No more pictures, so here’s an old photo)
