From the early-morning market, short positions near 64,300 saw an incremental increase before pulling back to around 63,200. On the daily timeframe, the “dōtóu” (blow-off top / head) is shrinking in size with reduced volume and closes as a bearish candle. On the four-hour timeframe, the bulls shrink in volume and form a solid bearish candle, gradually forming a breakdown. On the hourly timeframe, shorts gradually reduce in volume and are trading below the lower band.
