Momenta Hong Kong Stock IPO approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission

The International Cooperation Department of the China Securities Regulatory Commission has issued a notice regarding the filing of an overseas issuance and listing for MOMENTA GLOBAL LIMITED (Meng Teng Zhijia Global Limited). The Company has received the filing materials for the overseas issuance and listing submitted through its domestic operating entity, Momen Ta (Suzhou) Technology Co., Ltd. The Company plans to issue no more than 43.7541 million shares of overseas-listed ordinary shares and list them on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
