The Israeli Minister of Finance called for the annexation of Gaza and its settlement by Israelis
Israeli Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich stated that the Gaza Strip should be occupied by Israel, and military rule should be introduced there. He also said that Israeli settlements should be built in the sector to settle Gaza with Israelis. According to him, only this will ensure the security of Israel itself.
He did not specify what to do with the Palestinians living there, Smotrich said.
