Was in a prison recently for a charity program, and what i saw was shocking.

Aside everything else i saw, one stuck in my head all through and here it is;
1. Number of convicted inmates: 200 plus
- Death sentence: 60
- for Life: 30
- Short term below 5 years: 88
- Longer term above 10 yrs: 50 plus.
2. Awaiting trial: 800 plus.
Total inmates: 1000 plus.
So people who are in prison and their case has not even been heard in court and they have not been convicted yet, because they have no lawyer or legal counsel is alarming.
Try visiting, help as you can, provide legal support to some with minor offence if you can.
Someone is doing jail cos of 200k, 500k. Etc, The day he pays it he gets to go home..
Some of those people inside are at their lowest, if you can, help…! ♥️
