$ADBE is falling despite beating earnings and growth. How come?

Leadership vacuum. CFO Dan Durn announced he's leaving in four days to join Marvell, on top of CEO Narayen's March departure announcement, so Adobe heads into H2 with no permanent CEO and no permanent CFO.
ARR guidance cut, deliberately. Management revised fiscal 2026 organic ARR growth guidance down ~2% from ~10.2%.
JPMorgan cut its price target to $340 from $420 while maintaining Overweight.
There are more reasons of course but these are the top in my opinion.
The Adobe chart on HTF doesn't look pretty.
