This news is completely fake (Fake News) and fabricated. There is no such agreement between the United States and Iran in international politics and media records.

Social media often shares such sensational and exaggerated news on their pages to increase traffic or for specific propaganda.
Here are some major reasons that prove this news is false:
A $300 billion ransom is just an idea: The U.S. would never agree to pay Iran such a large amount of $300 billion as ransom in any case. Such an amount cannot be issued without approval from the U.S. Congress.
Control of the Strait of Hormuz: The Strait of Hormuz is a global maritime route through which a large portion of the world's oil passes. The U.S. or the international community will never recognize "full and permanent control" of it by any one country.
U.S. military withdrawal: The claim of an immediate withdrawal of U.S. troops from the region is also propaganda, as U.S. military bases and presence in the Middle East still remain.
Whenever such a major "breaking news" appears, it is essential to verify it with reputable international news agencies like BBC, Reuters, or others before believing it.
