Victor Hugo Villalobos Almazan and Nayeli Noemi Montoya Rodriguez pleaded guilty to bank fraud charges tied to about $1 million in home-sale proceeds. The U.S. Attorney’s Office said conspirators sold two San Diego homes they did not own and sent proceeds overseas.
