U.S. regulation finally implemented! These 3 coins are about to take off

Damn, brothers! After waiting for a full two years, the U.S. crypto regulation shoe has finally dropped!

Honestly, when I saw the Senate pass the "Digital Asset Clarification Act" with a high vote count yesterday, I was totally energized.

This is no small matter, brothers!
Let me first give you some key data, and after reading it, you'll understand where we stand:

BTC is now $63,308.72, up 0.88% in 24 hours

ETH is now $1,727.53, up 2.16% in 24 hours

The increase doesn't seem big, right? But look at the liquidation data—over the past 24 hours, more than 60k traders got liquidated across the network, losing $134 million!

Interestingly, this time, short positions liquidated for $89.34 million, more than long positions.

What does this mean? The short sellers are panicking and starting to close their positions.

The fear and greed index is now at 23, still in the "fear" zone. But you see, when others are fearful, it's time for us to be greedy.
Back to this bill, this is truly a major positive!

On June 16, the U.S. Senate Committee overwhelmingly passed the "Digital Asset Clarification Act," which boils down to three main points:

1. Bitcoin and Ethereum are under CFTC regulation, ending the chaos of SEC and CFTC competing for jurisdiction

2. Security tokens are under SEC regulation, finally clarifying what is a security and what is a commodity

3. DeFi is given a "safe harbor," as long as it is sufficiently decentralized, developers won't be held responsible

In simple terms, the U.S. government officially recognizes cryptocurrencies as legitimate assets!
