Having been slapped in the face by this scam coin three times back and forth, I finally managed to snatch a profit today

Earlier, I shorted $ETH, and as soon as I entered, I got whipped, hitting the stop loss and exiting. Adjusted my position and went long again, but it hammered back, blowing me out.

Reversing to short again, hey, it started consolidating sideways, stubbornly grinding me to the stop loss.

All three trades were completely eaten up by it.

Today, I saw it spike near 1727, the order book clearly accelerating in eating up orders, the short positions shrinking, I hesitated for a few seconds but still followed with a trade. This time I didn’t greed, took the profit when it looked good, and pocketed it.

The moment I took profits, honestly, it felt better than riding a shared electric scooter.

To be honest, I didn’t use any advanced strategies this time, just watched the liquidation zones and funding rates. GMX’s funding rate exploded by 10 points in 24 hours, W also surged by 10 points, and when the longs were being liquidated in bulk, I was thinking, the shorts should take a breather.

Not pretending to be a teacher, market intuition doesn’t equal win rate. Next time you encounter such a bouncing scam coin, remember one thing: don’t chase after the spike, accept the break.

Have you ever been repeatedly slapped in the face by a coin?

The US-Iran memorandum of understanding has taken effect, the Strait of Hormuz has resumed navigation, but the 60-day nuclear negotiations have just begun.

This geopolitical easing is suppressing oil prices, funds are being pulled out of safe-haven assets, probably flowing into $BTC and $ETH a bit, at least in the short term, sentiment-wise, it’s positive #我的Gate交易时刻 for altcoins.
ETH1.61%
GMX6.98%
