The most shocking thing I've heard in these two years is: everyone will become the person they are meant to be.

This was said by Duan Yongping. When I first heard it, it felt a bit like determinism; but the more I thought about it, the more I felt it was not about fate, but about cause and effect.
What kind of person someone ultimately becomes is not something decided suddenly one day. It is the result of long-term choices, character foundation, cognitive level, desire structure, and habitual paths working together.
What you watch every day, think about, fear, pursue, or avoid; how you react under pressure, how you choose in the face of temptation, how you behave when no one is watching—all these things gradually shape you.
Time is very fair; it doesn't listen to what you say, it only observes what you do repeatedly.
Therefore, a person is not "suddenly successful," nor is it "suddenly failing." The so-called ending often just reveals that the process has finally manifested.
Some people seem to have missed many opportunities, but in fact, their cognition couldn't keep up;
Some seem to be very lucky, but in fact, they have long been standing in the right position.
