What do you usually do at the end of the week? I usually browse X and other social media to check news and entertain myself.

Today, I read this article and found it interesting, so I want to share it with everyone!
🚨 STRATEGY ENTERING THE MOST DANGEROUS PERIOD: WHY "CÁ MẬP" MUST SELL BTC? 🚨
A historic turn of events! Michael Saylor's immortal HODL philosophy is being seriously threatened by the very "dividend trap" he created.
What is happening with the Strategy? 👇
1/ The "deadlocked" dividend trap
• STRC stock plummeted to only $82.53.
• But the dividend payout mechanism remains rigid, fixed at 11.5% based on the original face value of $100 (i.e., $11.5 per share per year).
• The price crashes, but the money paid out for dividends REMAINS UNCHANGED!
2/ The money printing machine freezes
• Normally: Issue STRC ➡️ Use the funds to buy BTC ➡️ Pay dividends.
• Currently: Price of STRC < $100, issuing more is financial suicide (raising less capital but increasing the dividend burden permanently).
• Result: Strategy has had to STOP raising capital since June 19.
3/ Forced to "sell blood" (Sell BTC)
Without new capital, the pressure to pay dividends every 15 days becomes overwhelming. They are forced to do the taboo: SELL BITCOIN.
• End of May: For the first time since 2022, sold 32 BTC ($2.5M) to pay dividends.
• With 104.9M shares outstanding ➡️, total dividends owed reach up to 1.21 billion USD per year.
• At BTC price $62k, they must sell up to 19,516 BTC per year (600 times more than last month).
🔥 CONCLUSION:
• Although they still have $1.1 billion USD in reserve, this is only a temporary solution.
• If BTC does not rise sharply to push STRC back above $100, the Strategy will fall into a cycle of periodic BTC sales to pay debts.
• The legendary HODL strategy risks collapsing from within. Be cautious, everyone, during this fiery phase! 🚨
