Most Web3 apps try to change user behavior from scratch.


@sleepagotchi is taking a different approach.
Instead of asking people to learn new habits, it is built around something everyone already does every day, sleep.
Good sleep is not only important for the body, it also has a major impact on our productivity, focus and daily life.
Sleepagotchi combines that practice with Web3, AI and gamification. Users can track their sleep routine, participate in various activities and earn rewards within the ecosystem.
What's most interesting to me is that it's not limiting itself to just a sleep-to-earn app. Instead, it is moving towards building an AI-powered wellness ecosystem, where new experiences are being created around health and personal wellness.
Where many Web3 projects rely only on speculation, Sleepagotchi is connecting an important real-life practice to the digital economy.
This may be a more effective route to mass adoption.
