You can contact our online customer service to provide screenshots of the relevant issue so we can further verify and handle it: in the app, go to the Home page, tap your avatar at the top left, open the pop-up page, tap the top-right “Customer Service” button (the text may show as “��”), select “Can’t find the answer, click here,” enter “Human” in the input box below, then reply and choose “Transfer to Human,” and select the relevant question.
