$BTC One move, and the group is shouting "Bull back" again.
Seeing someone earlier call for $BTC to rebound from 63800-64646, then go short, stop loss at 65200, target 62000. I was just having a meal and saw this, thinking how logical it all seemed, F&G are at 14, chasing shorts in a panic zone to catch the fall is indeed foolish.
Then I was reckless, and took a long position.
Entered at 65,389, with 5x leverage, thinking I’d catch a rebound and then exit.
And what happened? $BTC is now at 63,112, my position is floating with a loss of 20.37 USD, -17.41%.
What trend-following short, what chasing the bottom—people are thinking in spot terms, I’m playing in futures. The rebound didn’t come, instead I got stabbed with a needle, trembling in my liver.
At that moment, my appetite was gone, I was poking at the rice in the bowl with chopsticks, all I could think about was whether this long could hold until tomorrow.
Looking back now, a fear index of 14 is real, but fear doesn’t mean it won’t keep falling. There’s even a negative layer below the floor; you think you’ve bottomed out, but you’re actually catching a flying knife halfway up the mountain.
$ETH is now at 1,702, $SOL 69, the trends are linked; if Bitcoin doesn’t stabilize, altcoins won’t turn around.
My current judgment is that short-term support for $BTC is around 62,000; if it breaks, it’s an abyss at 60,000. Until there’s clear volume and stabilization, long positions are just gambling.
This position of mine is already trapped; setting a stop loss or not is painful either way. Set it, and I fear a rebound; don’t set it, and I risk getting pierced through.
So at this point, those who are bullish, press 1; those who are bearish, press 2. Let me see how many people are holding on like me.
If the panic in the crypto world can ease a bit with the World Cup hype, funds might flow out of the futures battlefield to play prediction games, which could actually reduce some selling pressure on $BTC and $ETH.
When liquidity worsens, the risk of futures liquidation becomes even greater; neither side is easy to trade. #我的Gate交易时刻 #预测世界杯巴西VS海地 #STRC跌破面值11%创上市新低
