JPMorgan analysts stated: "When Bitcoin falls below the production cost, higher-cost mining farms are forced to shut down, leading to a decline in the overall network hash rate, and the system will accordingly lower the mining difficulty. This phenomenon was evident in the second week of June, when the mining difficulty decreased by 10%, marking the second such significant drop this year."
