Why do we die in life-or-death matches?

No matter how many weeks we discuss our managerial, tactical, societal, and player-based mistakes, we won't get anywhere.
Montella made the wrong player choice, Kerem was ineffective, Arda got spoiled, Barış couldn't pass, Hakan didn't give his all, we keep saying.
1) We haven't adapted to modern football either at the club level or at the national level.
2) Our sports culture is very weak.
3) We are terribly behind in developing athletes.
4) We invest nothing in youth academies, facilities, or player development.
5) We are overly nepotistic in everything.
6) We assign too much meaning to individuals, never establishing a system.
7) We stubbornly stick to our mistakes.
8) We praise almost everyone excessively, criticize almost everyone harshly.
9) We can never manage players' psychology correctly.
And many more things...
When this is the case, we can't even make small progress for years, despite occasional successes driven by national pride, fixture advantages, and players being in their best form.
I wish we could see days full of hope and success... #BizimÇocuklar #NationalTeam #Turkey
